We aim to only use organic flour yet some other ingredients that we use in our recipes may not be organic due to supply limitations. Please check ingredient list on each Product page.

None of our breads contain preservatives however they keep very well, subject to ingredients used and proper storage conditions. Sourdough bread should last up to 5 days yet those specialty sourdough loaves are recommended to be consumed sooner due to other ingredients added, please check storage conditions on each Product page. The yeasted breads such as ciabatta, even if they are organic breads do not last as long as sourdough breads. They keep well up to 3 days yet we always recommend to be consumed within 2 days.

Bread freezes really well in general. Make sure it cools down before you freeze it and wrap it in a sealed freezing bag. Never leave uncovered.  You could even cut your loaves in halves or slices before freezing and then remove each slice as you need it, a good way to always enjoy fresh bread. Defrost at room temperature or microwave it gently and do not keep it in the freezer longer than 3 months.

No. All breads in our shop contain gluten unless we state that the recipe is gluten-free. Please check Allergen list on each Product page. 

 We pack each bread in a compostable paper bag using a natural string to close it. We only use natural packaging as environmental-friendly policy is one of our core values. 

 Currently we only offer our bread online on a made-to-order basis. You can then collect it directly from our bakery. See Collection page for details.

Made-to-order bread means that our loaves are only made when an order is placed requesting it rather than having it sitting in our bakery waiting to be sold. This way, we avoid waste, complying with our Zero Waste policy. 

Once the order is placed, we deliver the bread the same morning it was baked so you can serve it oven fresh. Orders before noon will be delivered after 2 days, those placed after noon, within 3 days. 

Should you place an advanced order, please mention the day you wish to be delivered in the delivery box upon check out, any day between Wed-Sat.
